Buttered Parsley Potatoes Recipe

Quick and easy potato side dish flavored with parsley. You can use leftover boiled potatoes too to make this within 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potato
  • 1½ Tablespoon butter
  • salt to taste
  • Black Pepper Ground pinch
  • 1½ Tablespoon parsley fresh fresh, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel your potatoes and keep a pot with enough water to boil.
  2. Cut your potatoes into four and carefully place potatoes into boiling water.
  3. Boil potatoes over medium to high heat, semi-covered for about 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Strain cooked potatoes.
  5. If potatoes are hot, place into a serving dish with the butter, salt, black pepper, and freshly chopped parsley and combine.
  6. If potatoes are cold or cooled, place potatoes into a frying pan with the butter and heat up. Coat potatoes with butter and take from heat. Season with pepper, salt and garnish with chopped parsley.
  7. Serve up!
