Butternut Squash Noodles are a healthy alternative to traditional pasta! They taste fantastic and cook quickly!
Ingredients
- 1 butternut squash spiralized, medium
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ground
- herbs optional, fresh, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Add the spiralized butternut squash noodles to the skillet, season with sea salt and black pepper, and sauté for 7-10 minutes until tender but still al dente.
- Serve the noodles hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
