Ingredients

  • 1 butternut squash spiralized, medium
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • herbs optional, fresh, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Add the spiralized butternut squash noodles to the skillet, season with sea salt and black pepper, and sauté for 7-10 minutes until tender but still al dente.
  3. Serve the noodles hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
