Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces button mushrooms sliced, halved, or whole
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary
  • 3 cloves minced garlic 
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat add 2 tablespoons butter and allow to melt. Add 8 ounces button mushrooms, 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme, 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary, 3 cloves minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Sauté for 3-4 minutes or until they become tender. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired.
