Cabbage and Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 ounces your favorite noodles uncooked, if you use fresh uncooked noodles, you’ll need about 10 ounces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
- 12 ounces sausage sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
- 1 small onion diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/4 head cabbage cut into large pieces
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the noodles
- Cook the noodles according to the directions on the package. Drain in a colander and set aside.

Cook the sausage
- In a large saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cook the sausage until lightly browned. Remove to a plate and set aside.
Cook the cabbage and other vegetables
- In a large skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter. Once the butter is melted. Add onions and bell pepper. Cook for about 1 minute.
- Add the cabbage and garlic. Cover with the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove the lid, and cook for another 5-10 minutes until the cabbage is crisp and tender.
Mix everything and add the seasoning
- Add the cooked noodles, sausage, soy sauce, and salt & pepper to taste. Cook for about 1-2 minutes or until everything is combined well.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
