Cabbage Salad
This Cabbage Salad blends crunchy shredded purple and green cabbage with crisp red pepper, sweet mango, and creamy avocado. The fresh herbs—mint and basil—add brightness, balanced by a tangy lime and soy-based dressing infused with garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
