Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese finely grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  2. Stir in the finely grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld before serving.
