Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 romaine lettuce chopped, large heads
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup croutons

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, lemon juice, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise. Gradually add the olive oil while whisking. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan, and croutons.
  3. Drizzle lettuce combo with dressing and toss to coat evenly.
