Ingredients
- 3 garlic cut into quarters, cloves
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 anchovy fillet
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
Instructions
- Add garlic, mayonnaise, anchovies, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a small food processor.
- Process until smooth and creamy.
- Refrigerate until using.
