Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves , cut into quarters
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add garlic, mayonnaise, anchovies, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a small food processor.
  2. Process until smooth and creamy.
  3. Refrigerate until using.
