Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed

  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced

  1. To make the dressing, in a medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Worcestershire, garlic, and anchovy paste. Add mayo, olive oil, cheese, salt, and pepper and whisk until combined. Store in the refrigerator until ready to toss with your salad.

Notes

  • Anchovy paste can be omitted if preferred; the dressing will still be tasty but less savory.
