Caesar Salad Recipe
A classic Caesar Salad recipe topped parmesan, bacon, and croutons. Drizzle with my caesar salad dressing for the finished package!
Ingredients
For the Caesar Salad:
- 2 heads romaine lettuce washed and torn into bite size pieces, hearts
- 8 lices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2/3 cup croutons garlic and herb
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese grated
For the Caesar Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice or more if desired
- 1 garlic finely minced, clove
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese grated
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients for caesar salad and set aside.
- For the dressing, whisk mayonnaise with lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Taste and adjust seasoning. You may have to add more lemon juice or garlic, depending on your preference.
- Toss the salad with as much dressing as you'd like and serve immediately.
