Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon ground Vietnamese coffee
- 1 tablespoon condensed milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder , optional

Instructions
- Rinse the filter and coffee cup with boiling water.
- Then pour the ground coffee into the filter and gently press the coffee using the back of a spoon to make the surface flat.
- Add 1 oz (30 ml) of boiling water and close the lid to steep for 2 minutes. Then add 1½ oz. (50 ml) of water to the filter and extract the coffee.
- Pour the coffee into a serving cup.
- Place the serving cup in a bowl of hot water at 200 F (90°C) to keep it warm.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix the egg yolks, sugar and condensed milk.
- Using an electric mixer, beat this mixture until obtaining a smooth, homogeneous, very creamy and velvety cream.
- Pour this whipped cream over the coffee in the serving cup.
- Wait 1 minute so that the egg cream is cooked using the hot coffee and the bowl of hot water.
- Sprinkle with a little cocoa powder (optional) before serving.
