Cajun Butter Corn

Ingredients

  • 4-6 ears whole corn
  • 2 ticks unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp old bay
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Adobo
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper season
  • juice of half of lemon
  • 1 tbsps cilantro

Instructions

  1. Start by removing the husks from the corn heads and rinsing off the corn silks.
  2. Place your corn on the grill, careful not to burn the husks.
  3. In a cast iron skillet, melt down your butter, add your seasonings and your lemon and honey.
  4. Once your corn heads are cooked and grilled on both sides, begin lathering with the cajun butter sauce. Serve hot.
