Ingredients
- 4-6 ears whole corn
- 2 ticks unsalted butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tbsp old bay
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp Adobo
- 1 tsp lemon pepper season
- juice of half of lemon
- 1 tbsps cilantro
Instructions
- Start by removing the husks from the corn heads and rinsing off the corn silks.
- Place your corn on the grill, careful not to burn the husks.
- In a cast iron skillet, melt down your butter, add your seasonings and your lemon and honey.
- Once your corn heads are cooked and grilled on both sides, begin lathering with the cajun butter sauce. Serve hot.
