Cajun Butter Steak and Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning start with 1 tsp and adjust to taste if using store-bought
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 6 cloves garlic diced
  • 1 shallot diced
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss steak cubes in cajun seasoning.
  2. In a large skillet, heat butter on medium high until foamy.
  3. Add in steak and brown quickly, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in bell pepper and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in shallots and garlic and cook to soft and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
  6. Stir in shrimp and cook until opaque bright white and pink.
  7. Serve immediately.
