Ingredients
- 1 pound Shrimp peeled and deveined, jumbo
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon basil dried
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- lemon optional, for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together the smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, white pepper, and cayenne pepper to create the Cajun seasoning.
- Season the shrimp with the Cajun seasoning, making sure to evenly coat each shrimp.
- In a large pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the seasoned shrimp to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes or until they turn pink and are no longer translucent.
