Cajun Shrimp Kabobs
Just assemble and grill these easy cajun shrimp kabobs--no marinating! With a sprinkle of spices and andouille sausage, they are loaded with flavor!

Spice mix
- ¼ teaspoon each cayenne oregano, onion powder, thyme, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper
- ½ teaspoon EACH paprika salt
Kabobs
- 2 andouille sausages cut in 16 peices
- 16 large raw shrimp peeled
- 16 cherry tomatoes about a half pint
- 1 pepper cut into 16 pieces.
- 1 zucchini cut into 16 pieces
Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak ahead of time, according to package directions.
- Combine ingredients in spice mix and mix thoroughly.
- Assemble eight kabobs, using 2 pieces of each ingredient per skewer.
- Sprinkle with spice mix, then grill until done, turning once.
- Serve two skewers per person.
