Air Fry
- Put the chicken wings in an air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them. Keep them in a single layer.
- Air fry at 360 degrees F for 18 minutes.
- Flip them oven, increase the air fryer heat to 400 degrees F, and air fry for 6 more minutes.
- Make sure the wings have reached an internal temperature of 165 F.
Oven Baking
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Put the wings on racks on parchment paper or foil-lined baking sheets. Spray them with a little nonstick cooking spray. Bake in a preheated 400 F oven for 40 minutes, flipping them over halfway through the cooking time.
- Make sure the wings have reached an internal temperature of 165 F.
Notes
- Frozen Wings in Air Fryer
- For frozen wings, don't add the seasoning at the beginning. It won't stick well to frozen wings. Air fry at 360 degrees F for 26 minutes. Flip after 15 minutes and add the Cajun seasoning then, but skip the baking powder.
