Ingredients

  • 60 grams (about 1/2 cup) Cake Pop Protein Powder (I use the PE Science Cake Pop Protein Powder)
  • 50 grams (a little more than a 1/3 cup) quick oats
  • 20 grams (about 2 ½ Tablespoons) Pops cereal
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons syrup sugar free
  • 40 grams (about a 1/3 cup) applesauce unsweetened
  • 50 grams (a little more than a 1/3 cup) Funfetti chips (or use white chocolate chips)
  • 10 grams (about 1 ½ Tablespoons) Pops cereal for rolling balls in, crushed
  • 20 grams (about 2 ½ Tablespoons) Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix together protein powder, oats and cereal. Next, add honey, sugar free syrup and applesauce. Stir well to combine everything. Fold in Funfetti chips.
  2. Use a cookie scoop to form 9 balls. Roll balls into the crushed cereal and then roll in the sprinkles.Store covered in the fridge for up to 7 days. You can eat now or wait for them to chill. I personally love to eat them chilled.

Notes

  • ** I use grams in the measurements with my kitchen scale, so I get the exact macros and recipe correct.
  • 1 bite = 90 calories/ 2 fat grams/ 11 grams carbs/ 6 grams protein
