Campfire Sauce
This easy 3 Ingredient Fry Sauce is inspired by the Red Robin Campfire Sauce. It's a smoky burger sauce that's amazing slathered on your favorite cheeseburger or as a French fry dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- ½ cup tomato ketchup 136 grams
- ½ cup mayonnaise plus up to another ½ cup, as desired, 104 grams
- 1 to 3 teaspoons liquid smoke
Instructions
- Combine the ketchup, mayonnnaise, and one teaspoon of liquid smoke in a small bowl, and stir well to mix.
- Add additional liquid smoke for flavor, as desired.
- To increase the thickness of the campfire fry sauce, add additional mayonnaise one or two tablespoons at a time.
Notes
- This recipe makes approximately one cup of campfire sauce.
- Please adjust the ratio to your tastes. The classic fry sauce recipe calls for a ratio of two to one mayo to ketchup.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to one week.
