Crunchy, sweet, and nutty Candied Almonds are to die for! They are so easy to make, not to mention quick, this is a versatile little snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • salt pinch

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add almonds and sugar into cold skillet. Place over medium heat and stir constantly until almonds toast and sugar melts and coats almonds completely. This should take about 2 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat, sprinkle with salt and spread across parchment paper or a silicone mat to cool. Store in airtight containers until ready to use.
