Candied Almonds

Ingredients
- 1 egg large, white
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 almonds raw, 16-ounce bag
- ½ cup dark brown sugar packed
- ¼ cup sugar granulated white
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon salt sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Beat together the egg white and vanilla with a hand or stand mixer in a medium-sized mixing bowl on medium-high speed until frothy and thick, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the almonds until well coated.
- Whisk together the dark brown sugar, white sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and sea salt in a separate bowl until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the almond mixture, stirring well to coat the almonds evenly.
- Pour the almonds out onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour, stirring well every 10 to 15 minutes until the nuts are crispy and dry.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
