Ingredients

  • 12 lices Bacon
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment paper and top with a metal cooling rack.
  2. In a medium bowl toss the bacon with brown sugar and black pepper.
  3. Lay the bacon over the cooling rack in a single layer and sprinkle with black pepper.
  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes until crispy and browned.
