Candied Bacon Crackers

Ingredients

  • 32 Club crackers
  • 16 lices Thin cut Bacon sliced in half to make 32 pieces
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a large baking sheet by covering with aluminum foil and placing an oven-safe wire rack on top; set aside.
  2. Wrap each piece of bacon around a cracker and place it on the wire rack on the cookie sheet.
  3. Top each bacon wrapped cracker with ½ teaspoon of the brown sugar, then sprinkle with pepper.
  4. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
