Ingredients

Oreo Cookie Crust
  • 1 1/2 cups oreo cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter melted, unsalted
Candy Cane filling:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese , softened
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 drops red food coloring
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 4 cups Whipped Cream , or cool whip (divided)
  • 1/2 cup peppermint candies crushed

Instructions

  1. Mix the Oreo crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press them into the pie plate.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, condensed milk, red food coloring, and peppermint extract.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie plate.
  5. Top with additional 2 cups of whipped cream and garnish with crushed peppermint candies.
  6. Freeze completely, thaw 15 minutes before serving.
