Candy Grapes Recipe

This sweet and sour candy grapes recipe takes 15 minutes to throw together with only 3 ingredients-- talk about easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound seedless green grapes chilled
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (from 1 lime)
  • ½ cup water
  • 15 ounces dry Jell-O mix any flavor (5 boxes)

Instructions

  1. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Pour the gelatin flavors into 5 separate small bowls.
  3. Remove the stems and wash grapes.
  4. In a large bowl, add the grapes and water. Squeeze in the lime juice and toss to coat. Make sure grapes are wet.
  5. Place each grape on a toothpick then roll and dredge through gelatin, alternating colors.
  6. Place on prepared sheet to set up. Gelatin will dry slightly.
  7. Eat immediately or chill on sheet in a single layer.

Notes

  • Storage: Store candy grapes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
