Ingredients

  • 2 can 14.5 ounces each green beans drained
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter with olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the drained green beans to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and cook, tossing occasionally, until the beans are tender and infused with garlic flavor, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese before serving.
