Canned Salmon Sandwich

With each and every bite of this tasty sandwich, you’ll load your body with nutrients that help protect your heart, brain, joints, eyes, and bones. If you can get past the little edible bones, leave those in too for an extra bit of calcium. It’s a delicious dish that’s perfect to make ahead of time or to enjoy right away.

Ingredients

  • 7 oz canned salmon
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • lettuce leaves
  • 4 lices bread

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Drain the canned salmon and remove the skin.
  2. Add it into a bowl and mash with a fork.
  3. Mash well with a fork.
  4. Stir in mayo.
  5. Lay lettuce leaves on a slice of bread, and fill salmon in before topping with the second slice of bread.
  6. Repeat this previous step with the remaining two slices of bread, and serve.
