Cannoli Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • waffle cone chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, beat the ricotta, cream cheese, and powdered sugar together until smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Next, add in the vanilla extract and mix for another minute.
  3. Then, fold in the mini chocolate chips by hand, leaving some on the side to top the dish with.
  4. Top the dish with mini chocolate chips, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

  • To store your Cannoli Dip, place it in an airtight container and refrigerate. It will stay fresh for up to 3 -5 days.
