Ingredients

  • 150 g farfalle pasta (cooked according to package instructions)
  • 100 g basil pesto
  • 300 g grape tomato diced
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese diced
For serving:
  • balsamic vinegar fresh basil
  • basil fresh basil
  • chili flakes optional, a pinch, for a spicy kick

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and let it cool completely.
  2. Once cooled, toss the pasta with the diced tomatoes, mozzarella, and pesto until well combined.
  3. For extra flavor, garnish with fresh basil, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, or a pinch of chili flakes if you like a bit of heat.
