Caprese Salsa

Caprese Salsa combines all the flavors of caprese salad in a delicious dip that's perfect for summer dipping!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ c. grape tomatoes chopped
  • 4 oz. mozzarella pearls
  • ¾ ounce basil fresh, chopped, package
  • ⅓ c. red onion chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and onion in a small bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and stir gently to combine.
  3. Serve with bread, crackers, or tortilla chips.
