Ingredients
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 12 mozzarella balls
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 2-3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze
- salt and pepper to taste
- dried basil leaves optional
Instructions
- Place one tomato, one mozzarella ball, and one basil leaf on a skewer or toothpick.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Finish with salt and pepper and dried basil leaves if using.

- If you want a really lovely presentation, go for little bamboo skewers instead of toothpicks - they look so lovely!
- If you have big basil leaves, fold them over and skewer them. Easier to get them in your mouth
- For parties, it can be fun to lay out some other dipping sauces and variations of flavored balsamic.
