Caramel Apple Dip

If you love caramel apples, you will definitely go crazy for this dip! Rich creamy layers topped with gooey caramel is the perfect dip for apples (not to mention other fruit and even graham crackers)!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese regular or light
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt regular or light
  • Caramel sauce
  • Heath Bits english toffee bits
  • Sliced apples your favorite variety
  • fresh lemon juice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. With a hand mixer, combine cream cheese and greek yogurt until fluffy.
  2. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture in a small bowl. Cover with caramel sauce and a sprinkle of english toffee bits. Repeat layers using the remaining ingredients. (You may not use all of the caramel sauce).
  3. Slice apples and toss with a touch of lemon juice to prevent browning.
  4. Serve the dip with apple slices.
