Caramel Apple Ice Cream Recipe

Try to make this easy caramel apple ice cream - no ice cream machine needed! This caramel apple ice cream is easy to make and tastes great.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 21 oz apple pie filling
  • 5 oz Caramel Topping/Sauce

Instructions

  1. Chop apple pieces from apple pie filling into smaller pieces. Set aside.
  2. Whip heavy cream until peaks form. Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Spread about 1/3 of the ice cream mix into a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Pour caramel over ice cream. Spoon about 1/2 of apple filling evenly over the caramel.
  4. Spread another 1/3 of ice cream mix into your loaf pan. Spoon the rest of the apple filling over ice cream. Put the rest ice cream mix into loaf pan.
  5. Run a spatula or butter knife back and forth through the pan to swirl the fillings.
  6. Freeze for at least 3-5 hours.

Notes

  • Homemade ice cream requiring only 4 ingredients and no ice cream maker...sold!!! You will love this sweet treat!
