Caramel Apple Nachos Recipe

Apple nachos drizzled with caramel, chocolate, and peanut butter, and topped with chocolate chips are the perfect fall snack!

Ingredients

  • 4 apples a mix of red and green as desired, washed
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup
  • ¼ cup Caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter sauce melted
  • ¼ cup mini semisweet or milk chocolate chips
  • Cream cheese fruit dip optional

Instructions

  1. Slice each apple into thin slices, then cut out the cores and place the slices in a large bowl. Pour very cold water over the apple slices until covered.
  2. Let the apples soak for 10 minutes, then drain the water and rinse the apples well before draining them again to get as much water off as you can.
  3. Arrange the apples on a large serving platter, then drizzle the chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, and melted peanut butter on top.
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top and serve immediately with cream cheese fruit dip if desired.

  • Storage: Store apple nachos in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
