Ingredients

  • 10-15 apples (Granny Smith Braeburn, Fuji, Golden Delicious, Jonathan, Jonagold, Lady, or McIntosh)
  • 2 oz bags of Kraft caramel bits
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • white chocolate chips
  • sugar
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Put stick in apple. ( I used skewers)
  2. If your apples have wax on them, dip them in boiling water first, then wipe them with a dry cloth.
  3. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and a little nutmeg in a small dish to make the Apple Pie Spice and set aside. (I didn't measure so I would just go off of your own preference. I do have to say that this really added a lot to the apples.)
  4. Melt over low heat caramel bits, butter and sweetened condensed milk.
  5. Once completely melted, take off stove and dip apples. ( I used a fondue pot and it worked great!)
  6. Put the the dipped apples on a piece of buttered foil.
  7. After the caramel cools, melt white chocolate and drizzle it over the top of the apples.
  8. Then sprinkle with apple pie spice.
