Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup butter melted, unsalted
  • 14 ounces caramel candies chewy
  • 1/3 cup milk whole
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking pan with baking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl stir together oats, brown sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt until well mixed.
  3. Add in melted butter and stir until combined.
  4. Add half the mixture to the baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Melt caramels and milk in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power in 30-second increments until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add chocolate chips to the baking pan evenly.
  7. Pour caramel over the chocolate chips and sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the top.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes.
  9. Cool completely before slicing.
