Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino (Starbucks Copycat)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice 240g
  • 1 cup milk 240ml
  • ½ cup brewed coffee cold, 120ml
  • 4 tablespoons Caramel sauce
To serve
  • Caramel sauce
  • Whipped Cream
  • 2 tablespoons crushed hard caramel candies I use Werther’s

Instructions

  1. To crush the hard caramel candies, add a few to a ziplock bag, then crush them with a rolling pin to break them up. Set aside.
  2. Add the ice, milk, coffee and caramel sauce to a blender and blend until not-quite-smooth.
  3. Drizzle a little caramel sauce into the edges of the glasses (optional), and pour in the caramel frappuccino.
  4. Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel sauce and the crushed caramel candies.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
