Ingredients

  • 1 batch carne asada
  • 1 batch guacamole, or sliced avocado
  • 1 batch Pico de Gallo
  • 12-16 corn tortillas warmed
  • Queso fresco and cilantro

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Marinate and grill the flank steak according to recipe instructions.
  2. Prep the guacamole and pico de gallo while the steak is grilling and resting.
  3. Once the steak has rested, slice or dice it into bite sized pieces.
  4. To assemble, warm the tortillas and spread on some of the guacamole. Top with the carne asada, pico de gallo, crumbled queso fresco and cilantro.
