Carnitas Seasoning
Spice up your favorite Mexican dishes with our Homemade Carnitas Seasoning. This easy to make homemade seasoning blend comes together in minutes and can be used with pork, chicken and more!
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper ground
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Mexican oregano
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Stir to combine and use as a dry rub, marinade or store in a sealed jar.

- Storage:
- Store the seasoning in an airtight container. Mason jars, plastic containers with tight-fitting lids, or resealable bags are all good options.
- Use the seasoning within 6 months for best flavor.
