Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 apple (cored and cut large chunks)
- 1 carrot (peeled and cut in chunks)
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 coops protein powder
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 inch ginger raw
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- water (to blend)
- ice (to taste)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
