  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 inch raw ginger
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • water (to blend)
  • ice (to taste)
