- 2 carrot peeled and chopped, medium
- orange juice fresh organic
- 1 cup red berries frozen
- ½ Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative, organic
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
- mint to garnish, fresh
Instructions
- Put carrots and orange juice in a powerful blender, and blend until creamy and smooth. Set the smoothie aside until ready to serve.
