- 200 ml fresh homemade or store-bought carrot juice
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon walnuts chopped
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ground ginger a pinch
- nutmeg a pinch
- 2 ice cubes optional
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional
