Ingredients

  • 1 carrot peeled and roughly chopped, large
  • 2 tablespoons ginger peeled and chopped, fresh
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil toasted
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine the carrot, ginger, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, then slowly add the olive oil while continuing to blend.
  3. Season with salt to taste and blend again. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
