Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup raisins
- ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- If you haven't already, peel and shred your carrots.
