Cauliflower Bacon Cheese Casserole

Cauliflower Bacon Cheese Casserole is a creamy, cheesy cauliflower with crumbled bacon on top is super easy and ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 large package of frozen Riced Cauliflower 20 - 24 ounces
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic 
  • 2 tablespoons chives - dried
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • 1 pound Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • parsley minced to top

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine the riced Cauliflower, butter, garlic, sour cream, chives, and stir well to blend.
  3. Add the garlic salt, and seasoned pepper, and stir well.
  4. Add half the shredded cheese, and mix well.
  5. Pour into a 9 X 9 inch casserole dish - butter the bottom of the dish before adding the mixture.
  6. Add the remainder of the shredded cheese, and top with crumbled bacon.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  8. Sprinkle with minced Parsley.
  9. Serve, and Enjoy!
