Cauliflower mash
Smooth, buttery cauliflower mash is just the perfect comforting side dish. You can't go wrong with this gluten free and low carb dish.
Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower trimmed into florets, stems roughly chopped, large head
- 1-2 tablespoons butter
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Steam the florets and stems until cooked through.
- Allow to dry on a roasting tray/chopping board for 10 minutes before mashing with the butter.
- Season to taste and serve.
