Cauliflower mash

Smooth, buttery cauliflower mash is just the perfect comforting side dish. You can't go wrong with this gluten free and low carb dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower trimmed into florets, stems roughly chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Steam the florets and stems until cooked through.
  2. Allow to dry on a roasting tray/chopping board for 10 minutes before mashing with the butter.
  3. Season to taste and serve.
