Ingredients

  • 1 bunch organic celery 1.5 lbs. /0.6 kg
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Wash and rinse the celery under cold running water. Peel and trim off any dry brown parts and the leaves, then slice the celery into pieces.
  2. Transfer the celery to a blender and use the Smoothie mode to blend the celery until the blender stops.
  3. Strain the pulp using a strainer and serve the celery juice immediately.
