Cereal Milk Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fruity Pebbles or cereal of choice
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla, full-fat
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder

  1. In a bowl, combine the cereal and milk. Cover and set aside in the fridge for 30 minutes so the milk can be infused with flavor. Drain the milk through a fine-mesh strainer.
  2. Add the cereal milk, rolled oats, chia seeds, yogurt, protein powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  3. Mix until well combined. Cover and put the mixture into the fridge (or individual containers) for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. When ready to enjoy, top with some chopped fruit or berries, etc, or additional cereal and enjoy!
